T H E M o u n t B O A R D
A well designed frame adds originality and value to your artwork. The next step is to decide whether the design would benefit from adding a mount...
Single mounts offer a window effect to showcase your artwork, but you might prefer a double or even triple mount to create more depth to your piece. We can also offer multi aperture mounts to showcase more then one item in your frame...
Mounts are available in white, off white, black and with coloured cores...
They are also available in a rainbow of different colours to create different colour borders which can draw out colours from within your artwork or maybe they can be used to compliment a certain colour in your decor.

Glass options
We offer three main glazing options for your framing. Standard float glass, defused non reflective glass and Artglass70 UV protective glass which has excellent non reflective qualities and an amazing high quality finish.
Standard float glass is our standard option but has no anti-reflective qualities or UV protection.
Non-reflective glass, which is acid etched to give a non glare, diffused finish. Our diffused glass is etched on one side and is ideal for photographs or art pieces that are going to be placed in harsh light. It will remove reflections that would normally be noticeable with standard float glass.
ArtGlass70 glass which is a water white glass and offers crystal clear color transmission with a virtually invisible, anti-reflective surface for truly amazing clarity. Providing 70% UV protection to slow deterioration and help protect your art.
Other glazing options are available, including museum glass and types of Perspex glass. Please ask us for further information.
ARTGLASS FROM LARSON JUHL
Canvas framing
We offer a variety of options to frame your canvas. These include tray frames or deep rebated box frames to accommodate the size of the canvas bars.
We also offer a stretching service for your rolled up canvases. We will choose a suitable set of stretchers bars and advise you on further framing options.

DRESDEN COLLECTION
Dresden's traditionally textured satin Black Umber finish is combined with matt silver detailing and applied to classic profiles reshaped in a modern manner. This unique finish has a mottled, waxy look - as if the frame has been repainted, re-stained and refinished over the years. a subtle, rich brown tone peaks through the darker, black topcoat, adding depth to a soft, timeworn, satin finish.
LJS ANGUS COLLECTION
Angus comes in a luxurious leather like full wrap, durable and easy to work with. The material is stained and embossed to further its leather appearance, the look of fine aged leather. The finish is complex and very light reflective with a beautiful wax finish to further enhance its appeal.
COLOSSEUM COLLECTION
Colosseum is very classical in terms of look and feel, it was inspired by the magnificence of Ancient Rome and the stepped design of the world’s most famous amphitheatre.
Bold and brave, this range is hand-finished in oxide black with a chamfered gun-metal back edge. Colosseum will enhance simple monochrome artwork as well as paintings that feature strong use of colour.
These mouldings will sit beautifully with silver, cream, grey and black mountboards, for example, and will work stacked together as well as individually. The striking black finish of Colosseum, which is created by using patina and layered foils, will complement a vast breadth of interiors.
